- Hi there I'm Jay Richards aka 'Jay of The Bay'. I have a vast knowledge of the Media and I.T. industry and a passion for radio. Palm Torbay is an Ofcom approved local radio station here in the heart of The English Riviera. We offer a diverse selection of music to cater for all age categories and music tastes. This ranges from the 'Golden Oldies', to present day new releases. So there's something for everyone! We also provide niche shows that you wouldn't usually find on other stations. My team of happy presenters all share the same passion I have for radio and maintain a high standard of broadcasting across Torbay and South Devon. I present a show on a Sunday 10pm-Midnight in The Love Zone, playing you all the best love songs, taking your dedications and requests.

I am a blind presenter and have made it my mission to demonstrate that although I don't have my eyesight, I am consistently able to achieve high standards of literacy and share my experiences of books with others. Hi, I’m Glyn Wilcox aka Ska Au Go Go one. I present ‘The Ultimate Ska & Reggae Show’ on a Sunday 7:00pm – 9:00pm. I have been collecting reggae records since the age of 10 and he still have those records today. For the past 25 years I have been playing in Ska/Reggae bands around the world. Bands such as ‘Too Hot, ‘The Simmertones’ and supported many amazing acts such as ‘The Skatalites’, ‘Desmond Dekker’, ‘Laurel Aitken’, ‘The Pioneers’, ‘The Beat’, ‘The Selecter’ and ‘Madness!!’. Time for pastures new, taking my eclectic taste in music, and my slightly different sense of humour to a new wider audience, presenting music from 1950 to 2000, with chatter and banter in between. Love the fact that I can entertain people with my passion & knowledge for music.
My hobbies are Music (obviously) Football, golf and walking my dogs, I have 2 Westies who are my kids if you like, I love meeting new people, have a wicked sense of humour and enjoy time with my family & friends, here's to getting to know the listeners of Palm Torbay! Catch me every Weekday 4-7pm!
